Ascent - Compressed air operated odour control systems for Commercial Kitchens / Restaurant

Any commercial kitchen, restaurant or takeaway has the potential to create odour. Non-treatment of odour release can cause neighbours to complain and give rise to investigation by the local Environmental Health Officer. Air Spectrum Environmental supplies the Spectrum Ascent using Spectrum odour neutraliser, which is specifically designed to control odour in these environments.

Spectrum odour neutraliser is a non-toxic, food-grade odour neutraliser using bio-degradable essential oils. When used in the Spectrum Ascent system the appropriately diluted Spectrum odour neutraliser is efficiently atomised to produce a very fine mist that is added to the extract ductwork or stack so that it interacts with the cooking odours. The mist interacts with the odour particles for a sufficient time to neutralise them. Having absorbed the odorous components, Spectrum odour neutraliser breaks down the molecular structure to form harmless, non-volatile, salts that degrade naturally.

The non-toxic and food-grade nature of Spectrum odour neutraliser allows it to be used in any environment, including food preparation and serving areas. It is harmless to humans and animals and will not cause irritation or health complaints.
