Vortex 420 - Wall or Stand Mounted Odour and Dust Control Fan Misting Unit

Product Aim

The Vortex 420 system is specifically intended to provide focused control of acute odour release within localised environments. It's purpose is to neutralise odour as it is being generated or at source. Regulatory compliance is then ensured and the likelihood of complaints is limited.

How it Works

The Vortex 420 can be wall mounted or sited on an optional floor stand, allowing it to be positioned adjacent to the offending area. Spectrum, a neutralising agent is forced through the fan and produces a fine mist of micro fine particles that can be propelled up to 30 feet. With a 180 degree rotation feature and a variable flow control, the system provides maximum coverage and flexibility. It's exclusive nozzle-free design eliminates both plugging problems and the need for filtering systems, thereby reducing running and maintenance costs.

The system works most efficiently with Spectrum, a non toxic odour neutraliser supplied by Air Spectrum Environmental that is effective in any environment. The Spectrum Vortex 420's ability to generate such a small droplet diameter is critical to achieving optimum Spectrum delivery. The Spectrum Vortex 420 can be supplied with an optional dosing pump which means that the potential for wastage through over-application is prevented.
