carbon offset programme
We’re striving to lead the industry in providing air quality solutions that are sustainable and help to protect our planet. We want to contribute to decarbonisation within the industry and are on a carbon neutral mission.
Our Carbon Offset Programme forms part of our mission, highlighting the steps we’re taking to provide sustainable, eco-friendly products and services.
- Introducing battery operated misting equipment
- Reducing unnecessary delivery and transport emissions
- Offsetting any carbon, we output
This allows us to continue providing quality products and services to meet the evolving needs and expectations of our customers, whilst understanding global climate change and ensuring we take the right steps to decarbonise the industry and protect our planet.
2021 saw the introduction of our ‘ecotech’ range, one of our innovations in providing sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives to our customers and a step in our journey to becoming carbon neutral.
‘Ecotech’ represents our battery-operated misting equipment as an alternative to diesel generated. After initially being implemented on our Rotary Atomiser classic, we have plans to convert our fleet of misting equipment to the battery-operated alternative where possible. This provides our customers with many benefits including, no harmful emissions, quieter than a generator (also reducing noise pollution) and a full day’s power from one charge – ensuring the same quality solutions we continuously offer with an eco-friendly focus at the forefront.
We supply chemical additives to be used in conjunction with our range for dust suppression and odour control. Our aim is to make all our additives as eco-friendly as possible, to reduce our environmental impact and supply our customers with sustainable solutions.
Our ODR range is non-toxic and made from natural essential oils. Due to its non-toxic and natural formulas, ODR is safe to use and don’t pose any health risks.
All our additives are biodegradable to reduce pollution and contribute towards protecting our planet. This makes our additives safe to use for our customers in a range of industries and indoor and outdoor environments. Our non-toxic additives allow safer use for our customers and ensure no harsh or hazardous chemicals are being sprayed.
supporting our community
Improving air quality in schools: The reason behind this project was to help raise awareness of air quality issues through an educational and informative approach. We installed an Airgloss ProSense in the school to monitor and assess the air quality levels and identify any harmful pollutants in the immediate environment. The Airgloss ProSense air quality monitor we provided will detect pollutants and environmental factors such as, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and methane.
This gives the school an opportunity to understand air quality issues and the impacts they can have. The air quality monitoring project will provide data for the school to improve air quality if necessary.
