Air Spectrum Environmental offer a servicing plans designed to help you maintain your equipment, we can help you pre plan your servicing requirements including break down calls out’s ensuring that when you are in trouble we can prioritise getting to you.
We can adapt to your need
We run yearly service programmes so if you have any changes we can adapt to your needs, we will contact you when your service is due and even organise any access to height that may be required. Full Risk assessments, method statements and certificates for our engineers are provided prior to each attendance. We have helpful and friendly field engineers and in-house planners that will accommodate as much as they can to your requirements.
SLAs are pre-paid agreements therefore you will not need to worry about a PO before every service, the only chargeable items will be reliable and essential parts. We also provide a servicing and attendance report after every attendance therefore you can keep a log of all maintenance; these are signed off by the person in charge of that area on that day.
Not just our equipment!
We can provide service agreements for equipment that we have not supplied, after an initial visit we can certainly provide a level of service due to our field knowledge of all equipment in the odour and dust industry. We’ve been here 25 years and counting!
