Managing Director
Leading the team in air quality success, Rebecca is our Managing Director, overseeing all departments. As well as helping to steer the ship, Rebecca is involved in international sales.

Engineering Director
Bringing our equipment to life, Matt is our Engineering Director, overseeing the engineering team and responsible for leading production, research and development.
Charlotte Walters
Marketing Manager
Charlotte, oversees the department and works closely with all departments, ensuring we’re always present and connecting with our new and existing customers.
Lee-Anne Ireson
General Manager
As GM, Lee-Anne oversees company processes and ensures customer success. Lee-Anne works closely with all departments and also maintains relationships with key accounts.
Duncan Edwards
Regional Sales Manager (North)
A friendly face on-site, Duncan looks after our customers in the North of England and Scotland. You may have an on-site visit from Duncan if you're looking to have an odour or dust control system installed.
Tim Tyler
Regional Sales Manager (South)
Tim looks after our customers in the South requiring dust and odour management. You may have an on-site visit from Tim, if you’re looking to have a new install or after any advice.
Shaun Duffy
Laboratory Technician
Often found experimenting in the lab, Shaun is our Laboratory Technician. You’ll meet Shaun if you need any odour sampling, odour analysis or acuity training completed.
Louise Taylor
Financial Controller
For any finance enquiries, you’ll deal with Louise. As our Financial Controller, Louise
works with new and existing clients ensuring all finances are handled.
Natasha Maund
Financial Assistant
Natasha is our financial assistant, supporting Louise with the day to day running of accounts, she assists with purchase ledger functions and credit control, helping to keep everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Alex Coglan
Engineer
As part of our engineering team supports customers with site visits, installations and ongoing servicing. You're likely to meet Alex when equipment needs installing or servicing, where he helps keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.
Jodie Boyd
Service and Sales Coordinator
Often the first friendly voice you'll speak to when you get in touch. Jodie looks after incoming calls, arranges engineer visits and supports our customers with after sales support, helping to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Steve Crompton
Production Technican
Steve coordinates our in-house production of our liquid additive range and building of equipment for our extensive hire fleet.
Daniel Bates
Engineer
Daniel is one of our engineers and is regularly out on site carrying out visits, installations and service work. From fitting new equipment to maintaining existing systems, Daniel helps ensure everything is working exactly as it should for our customers
Freddie
Office Good Boy
Freddie heads up bin raiding, wet nose greetings and general cheerfulness. He is a cockerpoo with a penchant for Sellotape and lying under desks. Freddie may well greet you if you’re visiting the Air Spectrum head offices.
Damian Wall
Engineer
As one of our engineers, works closely with customers during site visits, installations and service appointments. With a hands on approach, Damian helps make sure all equipment is installed correctly and continues to perform reliably.
