Description and technical specification
The Jetstream range consists of powerful, singular nozzles that are powered by high-capacity air flow. We offer both electrical and non-electrically powered systems for ATEX environments.
Jetstream systems are a fixed solution, installed at the source of the problem. Using powerful jets of fine mist, they can be used as a solution for a range of issues including; dust suppression, odour control, cooling and disinfection.
Air Spectrum Environmental have 3 Jetstream ranges, each suited to different environments: 100, 200 and 300.
Bespoke systems are available, with a range of power sources and placements.
The Jetstream 100 is a simple but versatile system utilising only compressed air to syphon feed several atomizing nozzles. As there is no electricity required to run the system, there is no risk of the Jetstream 100 producing a spark, which makes it ‘inherently safe’ and ideal for use where volatile or explosive materials are present, for example in Petro-chemical manufacturing processing plants or oil refineries. The Jetstream 100 can supply several nozzles proportional to the air supply. A variety of nozzles can be used depending on the application to produce an extra fine atomisation, ideal for suppressing dust/odour at point source or for suppressing odour/dust in chimney stacks and extraction systems. (does not have a water tank or mains supply.)
The Jetstream 200 is an electrically powered, compressed air misting system, driving multiple nozzles to effectively suppress odour/dust in extraction or ductwork systems, for use in misting scrubbers, or in localised external applications. Featuring a 7-day timer and remote options which can be triggered from an external remote source, such as a wind-switch. The Jetstream 200 requires a compressed air and mains electricity supply.
Jetstream 300 features a built-in compressor and requires a mains electricity supply. The Jetstream 300 is the ideal solution for odour suppression in commercial kitchens, restaurants and take-aways. The control panel is complete with one atomising nozzle that can be placed directly into the exhaust/extraction stack to provide effective suppression of odours and emissions when used in conjunction with the ODR range.
