Dust Cannon Range

Dust suppression cannons are one our most popular pieces of equipment in our dust suppression water cannon ranges. They are available for purchase and for hire both long and short-term.  

Dust cannons create a fine mist using jet nozzles located on the front of the cannon head. The mist is driven forwards with a strong air flow generated by an axial fan at the rear of the cannon. The mist binds with dust particles in the air, bringing them to the ground and keeping the air free of dust. The mist reach depends on wind speed and direction, our stocked range includes models with a reach of 13m – 50m, However we are able to provide cannons with a longer throw should this be required.

Dust Cannon heads can rotate up to 350°, allowing for maximum coverage and accessibility. Dust Cannons can be powered straight from a mains input or be supplied with a generator / alternate power source.

Our dust cannon range includes the following models: 

DC10 – Small and compact, DC10 is connected directly to mains power and water to give a powerful throw at close range. DC10 can also be situated on a skid-based IBC set up complete with on-board power. 

DC20/DC20M – The step between a Rotary Atomiser and the larger scale Dust Cannons. DC20 throws approximately 20m and is available on a self-contained trailer with water bowser and on-board diesel engine. 

DC30/DC30M – The DC30 throws around 30m and is available as a stand-alone unit, plugged directly into mains power and water or as a self-contained, trailer-based design complete with onboard power (diesel generator) and water (DC30M model.)

DC40/DC40M – the largest of our stocked range, throwing around 40m, the DC40 is also available as a stand-alone or as a mobile based trailer unit, complete with 2000L water bowser and diesel generator. 

Bespoke options: Various trailer options are available for moving the equipment around site. We also offer road-legal towable options. We specialise in building equipment specific to site requirements, if you would like something designed bespoke please enquire. 

Like all our fogging and misting equipment, Dust Cannons come with a top-class maintenance and servicing package to give you peace of mind. This service is also available on purchased equipment on an annual subscription basis or as a one-off call out. Ensuring your equipment is well protected and working at optimum capacity.
