The Air Spectrum DC30 Dust Cannon is a high-performance dust suppression system designed for large construction, demolition, quarrying, recycling and industrial sites where effective airborne dust control is essential. Delivering powerful mist projection, intelligent coverage and reliable operation, the DC30 helps improve air quality, enhance site safety and support compliance with environmental regulations.
Our range of dust cannons creates a fine mist of water droplets which are then directed forwards by a high-flow fan. On the DC30, the water projects up to 30 metres, depending on placement and local wind conditions. As the mist travels through the air, it binds with airborne dust particles, bringing them safely to the ground and helping to keep the surrounding environment free from dust.
With a maximum coverage area of up to 2,830 m² per unit, the DC30 provides an efficient solution for controlling dust across large operational areas while reducing the need for multiple suppression units.
The DC30 has been engineered to provide consistent dust suppression across expansive sites where dust is generated continuously throughout the working day.
The cannon head can automatically oscillate through up to 350°, allowing a single unit to distribute mist across a wide area without constant repositioning. This makes it ideal for stockpiles, crushing and screening operations, loading areas, conveyor systems and bulk material handling.
For added flexibility, the cannon head can be adjusted between 0° and 70°, allowing operators to direct the mist exactly where it is needed. Whether targeting ground-level dust or elevated processing equipment and stockpiles, the DC30 provides accurate, effective coverage.

It’s well suited to processing plants, recycling facilities, quarries and other sites requiring continuous dust suppression.
DC30M – Mobile Dust Cannon
The DC30M combines the same high-performance dust cannon with a robust trailer-mounted base, creating a fully self-contained mobile dust suppression solution. Complete with an integrated 2,000-litre water bowser and diesel generator, the DC30M can be deployed quickly to locations where mains water and power are unavailable. This makes it ideal for construction sites, demolition projects, temporary works and remote locations, providing powerful dust suppression wherever it is needed.
