Air Spectrum Environmental supplies a full range of dust suppression hire equipment. Our dust control systems range are suitable to a range of different environments and needs, to control dust in outdoor, indoor, and localised settings.

All of our mobile dust control misting systems are available for rental, including Rotary Atomisers and Dust Cannon Hire.

Air Spectrum industrial dust suppression misting equipment delivers a high pressure spray of super-fine water vapour to a designated area as a dust control measure. A range of dust control chemical additives – our DST range – are available to enhance the performance of water.

We offer flexi and fixed-term contracts, tailoring each to the needs of the client. In addition to renting our equipment, you get on-going support and maintenance of the piece of the equipment as well as breakdown support. We can also include subscriptions to our other ranges and spares packs with these contracts.

FLEXI CONTRACTS

Short term hire to be hired monthly/weekly.
The terms and length of the contract is adjusted to suit your needs.
There is a facility to off-hire with short-term notice with no penalty. – See our T’s & C’s.

FIXED-TERM CONTRACTS

The length of the contract is to suit your requirements.
A fixed rate can be agreed for the duration of the contract, you will therefore know your costs for the months the equipment will be on hire.
A fixed contract is usually for 8 months and more.

PowerJet Misting

The PowerJet is a compact, diesel-powered dust suppression system designed for smaller sites where a traditional dust cannon isn’t required. Delivering up to 30 metres of targeted spray coverage, it provides an effective, portable solution for controlling airborne dust across construction, demolition, quarrying and waste management applications.

DC20 Dust Cannon

The Air Spectrum DC20 Dust Cannon is a powerful dust suppression system designed for medium-sized construction, demolition, recycling and industrial sites. Producing a fine water mist projected up to 20 metres by a high-flow fan, the DC20 effectively captures airborne dust before it can spread. With automatic 335° oscillation, adjustable -30° to +10° tilt and coverage of up to 1,170 m², it delivers efficient, wide-area dust control with minimal operator intervention.

DC30 & DC30m Dust Cannon

The Air Spectrum DC30 Dust Cannon is a high-performance dust suppression system engineered for large construction, demolition, quarrying, recycling and industrial sites. Producing a fine water mist projected up to 30 metres by a high-flow fan, the DC30 effectively captures airborne dust before it can spread. With automatic 350° oscillation, adjustable 0°–70° elevation and coverage of up to 2,830 m², it delivers powerful, efficient dust control for demanding large-scale applications.

DC10 Dust Cannon

The Air Spectrum DC10 Dust Cannon is a compact, high-performance dust suppression system designed to control airborne dust in construction, demolition, recycling and industrial environments. Using a fine water mist projected up to 13 metres by a high-flow fan, the DC10 effectively captures dust particles before they become airborne, helping to improve air quality, enhance site safety and support environmental compliance. With 12 precision misting nozzles, an adjustable 10° – 50° tilted cannon head and a compact footprint, it delivers targeted, efficient dust suppression where larger units aren’t required.

DC40 & DC40m Dust Cannon

The Air Spectrum DC40 Dust Cannon is our most powerful stocked dust suppression system, designed for large-scale construction, quarrying, mining and industrial applications. Producing a fine water mist projected up to 40 metres by a high-flow fan, the DC40 captures airborne dust before it can spread. Featuring 350° automatic oscillation, adjustable 0°–70° elevation and available in both static and fully self-contained mobile configurations, it delivers maximum coverage for the most demanding environments.

Road-Tow Dust Suppression Bowser

The Road-Tow Dust Suppression Bowser is a simple, effective solution for controlling dust on haul roads, access roads and unpaved surfaces. Designed for rapid deployment, the trailer-mounted bowser distributes a controlled arc of water to dampen road surfaces, reducing airborne dust generated by site traffic. Suitable for construction sites, quarries, recycling facilities, waste operations and industrial estates, the Road-Tow Bowser is available to hire or purchase. It can be operated using water alone or enhanced with our DST Dust Suppression Additive, providing longer-lasting dust control, reduced water consumption and fewer repeat applications on busy haul roads.

Mini Mister Range

The Mini Mister Range provides compact, portable misting systems for dust suppression, cooling, odour control and disinfection. Available in Lite and Pro models with up to 10m+ coverage, continuous mains operation and an integrated 30-litre reserve water tank, these versatile units deliver reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.

MOTOFOG precision misting

MOTOFOG units create a precise, powerful jet spray to combat airborne dust from a portable, compact unit. Water is drawn from a nearby source such as a bowser or IBC to supply the unit, power is provided with a HVO compliant diesel generator that is included on the unit.

Rotary Atomiser PRO

The Rotary Atomiser PRO is available as a mobile solution for a variety of applications including; odour control, dust suppression, disinfection and cooling. Using a rear vortex fan, the Rotary Atomiser PRO provides a variable fine mist of potable water for a variety of fogging uses – the RA Pro is a more powerful version of our RA classic. The Rotary Atomiser PRO is available with a 110V or 240V generator. Only mobile units are available to purchase online, for fixed units please enquire for a personalised solution.

Quattro 4-in-1 Effective Defence

Quattro combines multiple pieces of suppression equipment to provide a 4-in-1 effective defence against dust and odour. Quattro can also be used for industrial cleaning or disinfection purposes. Including a rainmaker, jet wash, rear spray bar and integrated pacific nozzle-line system.

Pacific Systems

Pacific nozzle line systems use high pressure, multi-nozzle dispersal delivery to a localised area for dust suppression, odour control and disinfection applications. Our nozzle line systems are available as bespoke, fixed or mobile solutions. Pacific Misting equipment provide a targeted spray of water vapour to an environment or zoned area, ideal for enclosing boundaries.

Rotary Atomiser Classic

Rotary Atomisers are available as a mobile or fixed solution for a variety of applications including; odour control, dust suppression, disinfection and cooling. Using a rear vortex fan, Rotary Atomisers provide a variable fine mist of potable water for a variety of fogging uses. The rotary atomiser is available with or without a generator or it is also compatible with our ecotech battery power source.

DST – LIQUID DUST MANAGEMENT ADDITIVE

Designed to enhance water dust suppression by binding with the dust and bringing it to the floor, forming a barrier to prevent re-clouding. Available for a variety of applications for use in water-based misting systems.

Subscriptions

At Air Spectrum we offer a ‘call-off’ based service for chemical additives for convenience, ease and flexibility.

Our call off service is a pre-pay service for 6-month, 12-month or 24-month blocks of chemical delivery. During this time, simply pick up the phone when you need the chemical and we will get it sent out the door as a priority. Once the initial payment is made you will not need to worry about any additional financial paperwork when calling off your chemical, there will be no extra charges as we work out all the costs right from the start ensuring complete transparency throughout your subscription.

Our subscriptions can be based on any one of our chemical additives, more than one fragrance and range can be included. We also offer a multi-service agreement including our maintenance program and chemical call-off service.

We don’t offer standard packages; all agreements and subscriptions are designed for each individual site requirement guaranteeing a service that is right for you.
